There is a big ballot flaw in LA County ballots. Half the voters in my district won’t see my name or other candidates unless they hit “more” button because only 4 names are shown. Voters could skip to next race without knowing there were more candidates.https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-01-25/la-me-beverly-hills-touchscreen-ballot-design-lawsuit%3f_amp=true …

And just like with
@dnc,@iowademocrats it’s clear democrats botch everything to do with voting and voting mechanisms.

Someone should tell the public that Mr. Logan changed his party preference to "Democrat" before moving to California after making his quick exit from the Washington state voting system boondoggle.pic.twitter.com/UE7vy411ua

Actually, this is the result of accessibility requirements dictating the smallest font size for readability in contests & not using gesture-based scrolling to avoid mis-votes. To display all would have required a 3 foot tall screen. The SoS determines the order candidates appear.

But there’s other ways to design ballots to account for that. For instance, off the top of my head, requiring that one views all the pages before being allowed to continue. Or creating a special area for scrolling that doesn’t overlap the touch area for deterring a vote.
