PSA: most tech like cell phones, tablets and laptops use blue light. Blue light decreases the release of melatonin (regulates sleep wake cycle) basically it makes it harder for you to sleep. So at night or always turn on the blue light filter on your tech.

Hm, I spend most of my day in front of computers, have for over 30 years. I have a very regular and sufficient sleep cycle; I seldom even get up to pee. I'm always an exception to everything.... LOL
