Blue light filter?
If you are using a phone right now (android) swipe down and turn on the blue light filter. The light from most tech is blue light it mimics sun light to your eye and disrupts your circadian rhythm. Basically your brain thinks it's day time so sleep is more difficult.

Last iPhone I had was a 3. I'm sure they do, mess around in the settings I'm sure it's there for your model. It makes the world of difference, not to mention this
