He is right he can do it. It is on Congress to check him on wrong doing. He may be a clown, dangerous, corrupt and so much more but has the right to due process like everyone else. If Congress doesn't act that is something else.

Well of course it's for his gain but unless Congress does something it doesn't really matter. So long as Mitch holds the Senate and the GOP are complicit I fear this is just the beginning.
