So found out a lot of you are some form of vegetarian. I would like to let you know #CA produces 2/3 fruits and 1/3 veggies for the entire nation. We had droughts for 8 of the last 10 years and they r expected to increase. So #CaWaterCrisis is a national crisis. #ClimateEmergency

What has happened to turning salt water from the ocean into drinkable water? I've read they do it on submarines. Wouldn't that be a smart thing to harness?
Yes it would be but the energy required makes it too expensive. So I would propose to combine it with increased green energy so it's carbon free clean water.

The lack of water will make our food too expensive and it will rot before getting bought! I think the tech is available and it's time to make it happen!

The lack of water will not allow us to grow in California and the effects will be felt around the world. Not to mention the economic damage and thousands and thousands of lost jobs. It would be a nightmare unlike any in modern history.
