there actually IS smthng worse—finding out the driver is uninsured, unlicensed, unregistered + u hv $44k in medical bills, even tho u hv 20 yrs in @ directv. CA has up 30% uninsured drivers...my husband faces yrs of recovery w/ no settlement.
