I had a terrible hamburger outside an office complex by the airport. It was kind of gross. Rubbery, but they didn't serve tacos. This was 15 years ago. haha.

If you make it hot and serve it fresh it's going to be at least "good." They held their meat after cooking it for sales. Bad. It's why I don't eat McD's much either now if I can help it.

I'm not a fan of the warmers or cook a lot of food and leave it so when a rush hits they have food cooked. If you catch it at the wrong time fresh is not exactly what you are getting.
