I would like to honestly know why those of you that do not eat meat don't? Is it a cultural thing, personal thing or something else. I would truly like to know. If you are going to spread hate one way or another please keep scrolling.

I have cut back on meat consumption because the way it's produced is generally really damaging to the environment, and a poor use of resources. Have your read The Omnivore's Dilemma, by Michael Pollan? It's excellent.
