I would like to honestly know why those of you that do not eat meat don't? Is it a cultural thing, personal thing or something else. I would truly like to know. If you are going to spread hate one way or another please keep scrolling.

Being veg for 40 years, I find it encouraging that ppl are going meat-free, even 1 day/wk. It's a multi-layered choice, but #1 is the suffering that the animals endure. Don't want that in my body. No one is "spreading hate" by pointing this issue out.
People are very vocal with certain topics and this happens to be one of them. I want to understand people not have fights. People explaining their logic is different from name calling and such. Pointing out issues is ok but most people do way more than that sometimes.

I understand. Howevr, the most vile, aggressive hatred I've ever experienced on soc. media has always been frm meat-eaters. Worse than Trumpsters, beyond politics. So pls keep that in mind when vegans make u uncomfortable w/ yr choices.
