Whatever your source of income may be if you lost it next month would you be able to survive? I would be unable to pay any bills or buy anything. What about you?

Nope, as it is now, I’m having to decide to pay the mortgage or buy groceries for my kids. I honestly don’t spend that much on groceries either, so it’s so close to being homeless over $200. I could sell my home, but then rents are even more than my mortgage!
The housing market has gone out of control, especially in California.
