This money would be better spent on improving security at ports of entry, newer tech and jobs for border protection. The will always circumvent that wall. I.e. Drug tunnels.

Mexicans are taking the wire off of the top of it to improve their home security around their walls. I hope they take the walls too. Those could enclose some nice safe backyards.
