If you could fix one issue in your community what would it be? I would make sure everyone in my community had clean drinking water.

Yes water would have to be number one. In Los Angeles I wish that people with regular jobs who aren't millionaires could afford to buy their own house. Heck - even to afford to rent one would be a start.

My wife's family is from there and we did not move out there because our budget would buy essentially a shack. So we stayed up from where I am from. Affordable housing seems to be an issue everywhere and it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

It's awful. And it's getting worse because of Air b'n'b. Our whole street is getting bought up by companies and turned into short lets. There is no community any more - everybody is on holiday. I don't see a way out other than to legislate against it?Tourism isn't going away

That must suck. It always seems like when things go wrong a rich company is behind it. A limit to how many properties in a specific area that can be used as short rentals could be a start.
