Lack of education which leads to drugs which leads to homelessness. I live in a rural low income area with no resources
Do you think a lack of quality affordable internet adds to that?

Possibly, but honestly its a small town with little to do, not a lot of financial resources, with a huge access to drugs. Weather is reasonable so homeless congregate. Multiple issues.
