I hope you never have to feel it but I will try to explain it best I can. Fibromyalgia is like being bitten by an ant. Except there are countless ants that are on fire and in your muscles all bitting at once. It never stops until it just stops.

So sorry to hear this. Mine feels like my whole body has been crushed by a bulldozer. Deep aching pain from head to toe. Like having the flu. So very difficult to live with.

It's so deep in there and no amount of rubbing helps. Do you do anything that helps? I have a massager for my legs that takes the edge off.

My flares seem to be related to barometric pressure drops. Unfortunately I live where that happens frequently. Nothing I’ve tried to date helps except wait for the pressure to rise.

I've linked mine to stress. I was in physical therapy for a while and I noticed a decrease in pain but one of my other issues prevented me from continuing.
