So let's say you wake up in the morning your phone doesn't work, no internet, no tv, no radio, and no other form of communication works. What do you do?

There are areas in my state, Wyoming, that have this problem. My stepson had a medical emergency and my husband's employer had to drive over 40 miles to inform him.
Oh wow. I would imagine landlines are not even a thing out there. What about cellular service?

In rural areas and in the mountains it can be spotty or non-existent.
