Rural folks can't attend online schools if they don't have internet access. Can't even use your phone for a hotspot if you can't get a signal in rural areas. No wonder they think they/we are forgotten.
Honestly I never what of thought about any of that. I hear people saying we need internet and such and I write it off. But after what you have said I see that it is a necessity and should be a priority. Thank you

Internet is opportunity. It is finding a job. It is applying to schools. Applying for jobs. It is learning skills to obtain a job. For me it is necessary for keeping my job. We take it for granted in towns & cities until we are without it.

Thank you for listening! Talk to rural folks about what they are experiencing in both opportunity and access to information. That's much of why they are frustrated; no one listens and no one gives them tools they need to better themselves. This day & age that tool is internet.
