Those of us already employed in "tech" jobs can't afford to move back home if reliable internet isn't available. Young people entering the work force are limited in their options without reliable internet.

Rural folks can't attend online schools if they don't have internet access. Can't even use your phone for a hotspot if you can't get a signal in rural areas. No wonder they think they/we are forgotten.
