So let's say you wake up in the morning your phone doesn't work, no internet, no tv, no radio, and no other form of communication works. What do you do?

Go knock on my neighbors door to ask if they had the same problem then drive to a friend further away to see if it extended to them too. If the car won’t start and no other cars are moving either I would figure it was a coronal storm and go see what I had in stock to survive
