Also exorbitantly expensive compared to what I pay in an urban area. When you live in a rural area things people living in urban/suburban areas take for granted/necessities are either considered luxuries or out of reach due to cost or both.

Oh wow. You would think with all of our technology it wouldn't be like that. Well people still don't have clean drinking water in certain parts in this country so nothing should surprise me about our infrastructure.
