I dont understand why they immediately started to handcuff him if they saw he was in distress, vomitting, etc? Something is missing here..??
The mother was not speaking English in the video, so I can only guess why they did what they did.

People were literally telling the officers he was autistic, from the restroom of the place they were at to when they were outside, they need paramedics not cops.
