I bet you did. Sending you so much love. I wish we were taught more about grief at a younger age. Nobody mentions it. Nobody tells you. And when you experience it nobody really wants to hear about it. When my Mum passed at 59 I didn't know ANYONE else it has happened to.
As a society we avoid all things around death as if not talking about it will some how stop it or protect us from the pain it leaves in it's wake. Without proper grieving the pain of a loss can stay with us for a long time.
