How do you even respond to that? She’s thinking that deeply about school shootings
They have just about one active shooter drill a month and even have staff in masks to pretend to be an intruder to show the kids how to react to different scenarios

I’m recently retired from HS and we practiced as well but not with the masks and such. Either way, just shouldn’t be the norm now for schools.

It should not, this will have a profound effect on an entire generation. Thank you for your hard work. Teachers are the backbone of our society.
