Many states also have warmlines now for people who aren't yet in a crisis. When I was feeling depressed and sometimes suicidal, I called both warm and hotlines. I also used http://crisistextline.org when calling felt impossible. It's ok to ask for help. https://amp.usatoday.com/amp/2600402001

You're welcome. I truly believe that part of suicide prevention is for people like myself, who have survived suicide and now feel safe enough to talk about it, to do what I can to help others, even if it's not much. So, I try to help by sharing resources that helped save my life
