Last year i almost lost my friend to suicide but luckily the doctors successfully reversed him. He witnessed all his team died in the war. PTSD is no joke.

Many states also have warmlines now for people who aren't yet in a crisis. When I was feeling depressed and sometimes suicidal, I called both warm and hotlines. I also used http://crisistextline.org when calling felt impossible. It's ok to ask for help. https://amp.usatoday.com/amp/2600402001

You have to remember some are too proud to ask a lot of time it's up to others to notice these things .Mind you when you have a president and a gang of thugs that dont listen to people and what they say .life is lost.
