Will this require up to 10 years for some workers to get their green card?
It is 8 years under this program if a person does not have 10 years prior to this act. Otherwise it's 4 years on this program.

Thanks for your quick and concise reply. Looks like in order to qualify these seasonal workers must work 180 days per year. How do they prove 10 years, etc. It looks very difficult for a worker to qualify. A lot of work needs to be done to help these people. I hope you win!!
