The human brain does not fully develop until 25 primarily the prefrontal cortex. The area of the brain responsible for impulse control. Should being able to purchase a firearm be moved to 25?

Don’t think one can rent a car until 25.
Not when I was under 25 but now I believe you can with a crazy high deposit but I am not 100% on that one.

The point is, there is a reason that they don’t allow it or make it crazy expensive and I believe you mentioned it, the prefrontal cortex, the seat of Executive Function in the brain, where critical thinking/decision making take place.
