The human brain does not fully develop until 25 primarily the prefrontal cortex. The area of the brain responsible for impulse control. Should being able to purchase a firearm be moved to 25?

2/2 And do we have much data on what percentage of shooters are under 25 or is this all based on a scientific study of the prefrontal cortex divorced from actual people and how they behave?
School shootings that I know of have all been carried out by students. I am not sure if age is kept on all shooting crimes. If there is not an organization that tracks all firearm related violence it should be created so we can make informed decisions.

Most were, but I can think of some who are ex-students or even adults with issues. And some students owned the guns but some used their parents' and some found other ways to get them. But, hell, I'm a Canadian who grew up in the 60s. You're better listening to young Americans.
