In that scenario where 25 is adult yes. But waivers are there too. The age is 18 now but with a waiver I did it at 17.

Eric you just said the brain isn't fully developed till 25 so how is it justifiable to enlist somebody below 25 in the military I don't care what the law is now I am wonder what the answer to that question is

I join the Marine Corps Reserves at 17 myself served in a grunt company for 6 years left honorably discharged as a corporal Semper Fi Marine go get them
