The human brain does not fully develop until 25 primarily the prefrontal cortex. The area of the brain responsible for impulse control. Should being able to purchase a firearm be moved to 25?

I'm no gun nut, but if you can vote before 25 and drink before 25, and join the cops or the military before 25, this seems like a counter-productive provocation to the gun lobby, especially when the country awash guns, both legal and illegal, already.
That's a good point. What about making 25 the new legal adult age? Not saying I would or would not push for that I am just seeing what everyone thinks.

Good luck with that. Theoretically, ppl live longer than ever, many stay at home longer than ever, but better you than me if you want to tell the next generation they won't be adults till 25.

The hardest pills to swallow are the most beneficial. Actually I do not know I just made that line up sounds good though. 25 is the age when car insurance goes down and you can rent a car. Statistics and science drive companies, why not the government too.

In that scenario where 25 is adult yes. But waivers are there too. The age is 18 now but with a waiver I did it at 17.

Absolutely not, age isn’t the issues nor the ability of the fire arm. It the human and the extrem views. This is the problem. It’s so right or left never in meeting in the middle. When did we for get to compromise.
