Mental health is underfunded on many levels. CA passed a 1% tax on those who make over 1 mill to help fund mental health Something similar federally could be the source of the funds.
I do not call myself left, right, liberal, conservative, middle or anything else. I call myself a person who sees suffering in this country that with legislation can ease some of that suffering from: clean water, child care, elder care, equality, homelessness and so much more.
