I'm one person I can only know and see so much. What problems do you face in your life that a congressional hopeful may one day help with? Unclean water? Wage stagnation? Sexism? Racism? No medical coverage? Poor VA care? Unfair justice system? Anything else?
All members of Congress or just the House or Senate? How many is too many? Would it be implemented in phases because whatever number it is almost all current members will surly be over it? The entire Congress replaced at once sounds scary. I would love your opinion.

Would that only be fed or state too? The same 12 year cap or 12 for each one? What about the supreme court?

It just can't be a career. Make the billionaires have to write checks to new members every 12 years. The ones who leave and their Real cashflow stops, will work to stop the new guys from getting the money. It will make corruption harder/slower. Ex congressional can't lobby ever
