I'm one person I can only know and see so much. What problems do you face in your life that a congressional hopeful may one day help with? Unclean water? Wage stagnation? Sexism? Racism? No medical coverage? Poor VA care? Unfair justice system? Anything else?

Neither, both are overly simplistic, the entire system has to be redesigned from funding education for healthcare professionals, Investing in state of art facilities across country, investing in developing technologies. Raise minimum wage. Require employers to contribute to cost
