How can you say you are 100% disabled and still able to perform the work necessary? Thank you for your service but this doesn't make any sense.

I don’t know about VA ratings, but I’m considered disabled, qualify for disability, & will receive it until I put my new education to use & change profession from physically demanding to non- physically demanding. I’m guessing this is similar. He’s obviously smart & articulate.

That is exactly the case. Once I complete my vocational rehabilitation program to get my master's I will get a job that exceeds the income limit for SSDI. Or get elected and exceed it too.

What an incredibly important message you have for the disabled! My experience is that few know about the opportunities offered! When I was diagnosed with adult onset muscular dystrophy I was devastated to give up a lucrative interior design career.

Then I learned about Voc Rehab & realized my dream of becoming a Forensic Psychologist was a possibility! I had only jr college educ for design. VR paid for all undergrad, graduate, books, transportation, & more. I am planning for Doctorate. (IM 57!!)
