I have these things and a couple more. I can't imagine being able to run for Congress. I have trouble making a bed or standing long enough to make dinner. Pushing through a task means being stuck in bed for a few days. I don't understand how this works for you.
It's a living hell I calculate everything I do and do not waste any energy on useless things. It is by no means easy but I can't let it stop me from trying to make it better for others, especially in this age of hatred.
