When feeding the kids falls to me I must admit most time I resort to frozen food too. But I mix it up a bit. Shift work sucks especially graveyard.

No frozen is bad (high sodium) and more expensive

I know my wife hates when I do it but my lack of cooking skills leaves me no choice sometimes. Thankfully my wife is an awesome cook and always saves the day.
