When the internet goes down what do you do?

I don't usually know. I only give about 3-4 hrs around 4-5 days a week. It's a tool not a lifestyle

I know; I know a lot of screen addicted people who don't know they're addicted. Most of them are family. My great granddaughter was given a tablet for Christmas; she's 3 years old. I protest but it doesn't matter. My granddaughter posts pictures of food on Facebook. Why?

Instant gratification. Every vibrate or ring is someone liking a post and spikes in serotonin and all those feel good chemicals get released.
