What’s worse? Being kicked out or being forced to live with in accepting parents. I feel legislation like this could lead to domestic child abuse.
It's a possibility but we have systems to combat child abuse. We don't have much in place for teens forced out that I'm aware of anyway. We can't let fear stop us from trying. I can almost guarantee child abuse because of this is happening already.

We have to fix the CPS system before we can do this. If these children choose to leave, their parents will not let them because of financial hardships and that will be putting them in a very dangerous situation.
