@thesourcelgbt to help find/create safe housing for those kiddos. Just a thought. That seems more attainable than what you're proposing.
I want to end homelessness in general but parents should be financially responsible for children until 18 even if they are at a shelter or group home.

Why not both? Sue the parents for child support while helping them live in a nurturing, safe environment. Allow the child to decide if they want to return home or receive financial support so they can continue their schooling and learn self sufficiency.

Help them with shelter and force their parents to pay for it. I could not even imagine kicking any of my kids out. It’s unnatural!
