Thank you for a great response. I am currently not teaching but I would suggest spending time in various school talk one to one with teachers go in classrooms talk to the students they want to be heard and engaged in conversations you will be enlightened

My mom and aunt are teachers I have seen the obstacles they had to navigate just to teach. My wife and I are also part of the ptc and she volunteers because the teachers are so overwhelmed with work because of high student to teacher ratios. I definitely want input from every1.
