You are absolutely useless. There are multiple resources available to help from the Police, Department of Human Resources, Salvation Army, churches, and more. She need only ask.
It's not a matter of available resources it's a matter of being able to leave an abusive relationship. It is not an easy task despite all the help in the world. The key word you used is "ask" people in these situations usually do not ask for help for various reasons.
