How do you all get info on your local candidates? Tv commercials? Mailers? Social media? Yard signs? Some other way?

Do you canvas? I ask because was canvassed by and Independent last week and it kind of irritated me and I'm not sure why. Made me wonder about the idea itself. FWIW I was forced to canvas by my folks from the age of around 8 so it may be a personal issue
You may have some resentment from your experiences as a child that now influence your beliefs and attitudes toward canvassers. That or you don't like being bugged while in pjs chilling at home.
