      Woah. I'm kind of in shock here. My landlord just knocked on the door. He's separating from his wife and needs a place to live. He wants us to vacate. I've lived in this house for 15 years. We're paying half the rent that places are currently going for in Toronto. I feel sick.

      Just basic research it seems landlords must give a 90 day written notice for someone to vacate their property. Get legal help before you comply, just my opinion. Good luck

      Here in TX an owner reclaiming a rental only requires 30 days notice ...

      Oh wow. I don't think I could find a place to live, get 1st months rent, deposit, pack, move, clean and repair anything in the rental in 30 days.
