YES!!! Thank you!! People seem to wring their hands over de-salination, and true it’s not a great solution. The easy fix is to *build more reservoirs*. But it’s too obvious. Too basic. People say ‘it won’t work’. ??? It works!

The problem is the state tries to fix the issue and can only work with its resources. If the Fed gets involved not only is there more money but can work across state lines to develop something that benefits everyone. It won't be easy or cheap but it's better than the alternative.

Are you thinking of a water Solution just for farmers or for residents as well? I remember small towns, mostly of farm workers running out out of water. And they wouldn’t go get donated water because they were afraid of ICE.

The unincorporated areas who rely on well water have been unable to drink their water for 10 years in some areas in this district and probably in other parts of the country. Clean drinking water for every person is a must. Everyone should be able to turn on the tap and drink.
