1/2 So right!We need 2 change leadership first & foremost because we are killing the earth for profit.I think a new perspective making this a front & center issue w/ encourage others 2 pay attention & stop denying.I don't understand why something has to hit directly b4 people
Because most people don't see beyond their own existence. It's not easy to work full time raise kids or pets or whatever people spend their time on then work past their own problems to see the big picture. It's stressful and daunting so they avoid it or leave it to others.

If the fruits of our labor were distributed equitably we would have far more time to attend to these greater matters with the attention they deserve. The disequilibrium of income and wealth has exacerbated many structural societal and economic issues to a point of upheaval.

I get that but we can do none of it without a place to live. I know if you said to me, if you don't change this, you are going to get swept out to sea, I am going to choose change LOL. But point taken. I know most are not that way. But it does have to be a priority.

It is to me that's one of the main things I want to try and change. I for one would like to avoid mass food shortages and scurvy. New leaders who embrace science and change have to lead the way or we will never move forward and life will get worse faster and faster.
