I just read that!!A 4 yr drought?? I'm feeling like so much of this does not get adequate coverage. Not sure if that's deliberate or just so much going on BUT we have to keep this stuff front and center. This has got to change. Our protests aren't enough, we need people ACTING!
2/3 of the country's fruit comes from Cali. What happens when another drought hits and the ground water hasn't recharged? This is one of the issues I want to address before it's too late. There is so much going on people don't see it or refuse to see it. Either way we must fix it

1/2 So right!We need 2 change leadership first & foremost because we are killing the earth for profit.I think a new perspective making this a front & center issue w/ encourage others 2 pay attention & stop denying.I don't understand why something has to hit directly b4 people

Because most people don't see beyond their own existence. It's not easy to work full time raise kids or pets or whatever people spend their time on then work past their own problems to see the big picture. It's stressful and daunting so they avoid it or leave it to others.
