I agree. It's not easy to face of fear and hate without emotional changes. 
It is that, but there is more as well. I’m a straight male, and that is what I identify as. But when someone labels me cis...anxiety is all I feel. I don’t identify as cis, but I also know it’s not socially acceptable to state that.
