Erasing debt is a short term fix. The issue that needs to be addressed is the cost of college. Yet on the other hand what about people who do not go to college for whatever reason. Do people who do manual labor jobs get something? Blue collar workers also seem to be left out.

I agree. There is too much focus on college rather than vocational education. The training is shorter and less expensive and starting wages and employability for blue collar workers are better than for many with college degrees.
And some people are just better suited for tech schools. Not only is it their passion but they excel in it. But there is almost a stigma about it, like it is beneath college. Well that's how it felt to me when I was in high school and thought about a tech school.

Exactly. Plumbers make 45-200 per hour. My mechanic charges 60 per hour. They work long hrs at physically demanding jobs. Everyone depends on blue collar workers yet they are looked down on. Service industry too. Oh that's not a real job. That's just til a real 1 comes along.
