There are some House GOP that you watch...and just have to ask how they won their seat. Was their no opposition? Were they the only candidate? Seriously—there are some who just don’t seem to be all that smart, AND woefully unprepared. Are there no requirements to run for office?
25 years old, 7 years a citizen and live in the state. Each state has specific requirements like CA requires 40 signatures of registered voters in the district and $1740 fee or 2000 signatures. Other states just have a signature requiment.
