So the CA Secratry of the State's office just denied my ballot designation of disabled veteran. I can appeal it by suing the office in the superior court in Sacramento which I have no lawyer or money to go there. I have been de-clawed. But they did thank me for my service.

Denied on what basis? Seems pretty cut and dried.
The word veteran was used but is not allowed but I used disabled veteran which is a compound noun and is not the same thing as just veteran and is defined as something else according to the DMV. Which is what I will tell them hoping they will change their mind.
