Votes splitting is bad. Specially here in Cali since anyone can run and steal votes
I can almost guarantee @DevinNunes will get the most votes regardless of how many run. But it's a top 2 system the top 2 vote getters face off in the general election. So it won't split anything just give the people more of a choice who they think is best for the district.
